Originally released in 1964, Stanley Kubrick's Dr Strangelove is one of the greatest ever film satires, exploring the paranoia surrounding nuclear destruction during the Cold War.  

Now, Sean Foley and Armando Iannucci have adapted the masterpiece into its first-ever stage production. Comedy legend Steve Coogan stars as a deranged U.S. Air Force general who initiates a covert nuclear strike against the Soviet Union, without the President’s knowledge or approval. The ensuing chaos centres on the frantic efforts to prevent an apocalyptic nuclear conflict.
