About Monica:

An expert in Astanga and Vinyasa, as well as Hatha and Yin, Monica will lead gentle flow sessions with conscious transitions, slowly moving from one pose to another, working on balance, strength and patience. Her classes will focus on hip opening and chest expansion to release any tension and emotions that are stored there while chest expansion will make you feel open and ready for the world.
