The Menu

Refuel’s food and drink menu mirrors that of a spa treatment menu. Each section is labelled to help guests choose specific areas of focus, such as ‘Facials’ or ‘Detox’, whilst individual menu items explain the benefits and expected results.

The Methodology

From centuries-old practices of Eastern medicine to modern day biology, the Refuel Research Team has studied the effects and health benefits of countless herbs, natural ingredients, molecules and enzymes. Together with our chefs, we have created a healthy menu that is full of flavour.

The Experience

Whether an immune system boost, vitamin injection or an elixir for supple skin, perch at our marble bar or in our banquettes for breakfast from 7am and our all-day menu from 11am. We also offer a poolside cabana service for a complete escape.
